A special invitation by the English poet & playwright to be curious about nature and an inspiration to French Chef/ Romain Dumas of L’Artelier L’Arts des Mets in the Provence to create amazing flavours to calm the appetite. I was privileged to be in Romain’s cooking workshop and appreciated wild herbs specialist, Nadine’s introduction to some of nature’s precious gifts.
So can we similarly extract the innate talents of our talent pool and develop their potenstial to achieve, through the special invitation of growing their capacities & capability with continuous learning.
