We have notably transformed our business over the past’s year journey of adopting the Business Excellence (BE) Framework with the guidance of Jean Keow, Principal Consultant at Nuclei Brand Marketing Solutions (NBMS). We found the “Cold Eyes Review” of a competent and experienced Consultant as invaluable. We witnessed improvements in organization performance in all the 7 BE categories and we strive to deliver continuous improvements in these areas for sustainable growth. Moving forward, we are now better prepared to enter new markets and accelerate our business growth. NBMS has also helped us to obtain relevant grants from Spring Singapore and continues to help us leverage on IE Singapore’s support for our international expansion.
